Our expertly crafted workouts, designed by seasoned personal trainers, guarantee a dynamic 45-minute group session. Journey through 30 innovative sets across 18 stations, each designed to challenge and exhilarate.

  • We have sessions that run each hour and are composed of a warmup + workout that takes 45 minutes with an optional guided cooldown and stretching routine at the end of every class.

  • We use barbells for our compound lifts but do not do any Olympic lifting movements such as heavy snatching!

  • Yes and no! We do include Pullups in our programs, but that is as far as our gymnastics goes, you won’t see Toes to Bar or Handstand walks in these classes.
